Please note that for hygienic reasons  no returns or exchanges of opened or used products akzeptieren.

2. How can I return the purchased items?
We accept returns from unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

- To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the items are **unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging**.

3. Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless it is a product issue (damaged or defective upon arrival). In the case of a product issue, we will cover the shipping costs.

4. Refunds
As soon as your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

5. Defective or incorrect items

6. Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you new order to place an order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.
