Please note that for hygienic reasons no returns or exchanges of opened or used products accepted.


2. Return Process

We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days after purchase.

  • Conditions for Return:
    The items must unused, in original condition and in the original packaging to be.

  • Start return request:
    Contact our customer service team at info@annasvibe.com, and enter your Order number as well as the reason for the return Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and the return address.


3. Return shipping costs

  • Customers bear the return shipping costs unless there is a product issue (e.g. damaged or defective upon delivery).
  • In case of a product issue, we cover the shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • After receiving and reviewing your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days automatically applied to the original payment method.

5. Defective or incorrect items

  • If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us. within 7 days of receipt under info@annasvibe.com.
  • Send us a detailed description of the problem as well as photos of the affected product.

6. Exchange

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • To exchange an item, please order the desired item again and return the original item for a refund.
